SAT
If your child has a baseline score of 1300 or lower on the SAT and does not have an improvement in scores after fully completing our SAT prep program you will be fully refunded. A baseline score can consist of 1) an official College Board SAT test taken prior to the start of our SAT prep class or 2) our diagnostic SAT test. Students must take an official SAT up to 30 days after completing our SAT program for a refund to be valid.
In order to claim a refund you must have official score reports sent directly by the College Board. The score report must clearly show the student’s name, test date and score. The official score report must only be for your child who was enrolled in our SAT prep program. The refund will be made via credit card or check within 60 days after receiving the required documentation.
ACT
If your child has a baseline score of 25 composite points or lower on the ACT and does not have an improvement in scores after fully completing our ACT prep program you will be fully refunded. A baseline score can consist of 1) an official ACT test taken prior to the start of our ACT prep class or 2) our diagnostic ACT test. Students must take an official ACT up to 30 days after completing our ACT program for a refund to be valid.

Rescheduling a Tutoring Session
If a request to reschedule a tutoring session is given 24 hours or more before the scheduled class time then your child will not forfeit a tutoring session. If less than 24 hour notice is given then your child will forfeit a tutoring session.
